About Us

Welcome to Qhamani Nande Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting learners with learning barriers and disabilities. Our mission is to foster positive self-esteem in children's lives by addressing language expression challenges.

Our Work

We currently operate the OUT-REACH LITERACY PROGRAM at Khulile Primary School in Motherwell, NU 7. Our program aims to improve both languages among Xhosa-speaking children, starting from an early age.

- Speech and Language Therapy for learners at riskWhat Makes Us DifferentOur program addresses the unique challenge of Xhosa-speaking children being introduced to English only in Grade 4, by providing early language exposure and support. We also cater to adult learners, empowering them to support their children's education.

Continued Support

We strive to provide sustained support to our learners, including:- Stationary provision for Grade R-3 learners
- Individualized attention for learners with specific learning disabilities
- Ongoing staff training and capacity building.
